BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Celebrate any special occasion with us!

The gym is available on most weekends!

The entire gym is for YOUR PARTY ONLY!

A brochure is available in the office. ​

 

Information:

• Parties are offered on Saturday or Sunday

• We offer Gymnastics and Ninja parties

• Parties are 2 hours long. You may split your time how you would like

• Party includes 25 kids. If exceeding 25 kids, there is an additional $50 fee, and each child thereafter is $20

• A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party

• We require liability waivers for everyone

• We open our doors 15 minutes before your party start time, no earlier

• Children 3 and under must be accompanied by a parent on the floor at all times

• Parents of children over the age of 3 years old are not allowed on the floor

• Participating children need to wear loose, comfortable clothing. No jeans, crop tops, or belts

• We are a barefoot facility. Children cannot wear tights, socks, or any other foot coverings

• We do not open presents

• Cancelling a party for any reason 7 days prior to the original party date will result in the loss of your $250 deposit

• Canceling a party with less than a 48-hour notice of your original party date will result in your card on file being charged 100% of the party total

Our Birthday Parties include:​

• Private use of our air-conditioned facility

• Two coaches to supervise children on the floor

• Gymnastics or Ninja activities that include obstacle courses, parachute games, our trampolines, and the foam pit

• Whimsical painted party room for your guests

• Two picnic-style tables with bench seating

• Gold chair for birthday party child

• Two buffet cabinets to display food, goodie bags, or presents

• Large waiting room

• Chairs for additional guests

• Gymnastics medal for the birthday child

• We clean up the mess

• Coaches will promptly begin cleaning for the next birthday party at the end of your party. Please be mindful of this.

• Candles and lighter

• Plates, napkins, utensils, serving utensils

• Any additional decorations

2-hour party time slots: 

Saturday: 2:00 pm & 4:30 pm

Sunday: 10:00 am, 12:30 pm, & 3:30 pm

Reservations are accepted 3 months in advance.

Planet Gymnastics Members may book 6 months in advance.

Prices:

Deposit: $250 nonrefundable

Total for Members: $450.00

Total for Non-Members: $500.00

 

 ALL PARTY PRICES cover up to 25 children including the birthday child.

 Not to exceed 25 kids.

​

No alcohol.

The final balance can be paid on the day of the birthday party.
